Tattoo Removal

Regretting that tattoo you got during spring break of your senior year now that your at the young age of sixty. Well have they got options for you out there. About five options if your willing to lay some money down or give some skin up. (FYI:Each different type shows a picture right beside the explanation.)

1. The first option and the most common the laser removal. The laser removal breaks down the ink with high intense laser, after the ink is broken down it is your own immune system that takes care of the rest. This though may have to be done a few times depending on the size of the tattoo or the skin type. This can cost from $250 to $850 depending on the size if it is a larger one it may be closer to $1000. If your tattoo is not gone by the first visit you may have to go back and spend this price more than once or twice. The sessions range from one to ten!!!! It is said to feel like being hit by grease.....How exciting, I've always wanted to know what that feels like a couple times! The outcome, it may cause blisters and scarring and more than likely it will. But even though it causes scaring it is still getting the job done by getting rid of your unwanted tattoo.

2. Another option is to have Intense Pulse Light Therapy mostly done in spas. The high intense light is in a wand that is over your tattoo and it pulses on the tattoo. This is less painful and works better than laser removal. Although it works much better and faster it is more expensive. The most common is ten dollars a PULSE!!!! So how many pulses do you need on your tattoo in the session.....CRAZY!

3. Dermabrasion: If you know what this is you know this will HURT! Dermabrasion is pretty much taking a piece of sandpaper and rubbing your tattoo off! OUCH! Most people use dermabrasion for your face just to get the top layer of dead skin off but it is a gentler dermabrasion then rubbing skin off your leg, arm or wherever your tattoo is....this could be a painful experience if you are putting them in obsence places...

4. Well this could be a less expensive way to go.....lets just cut your tattoo off your body! YES! Cut the tattoo off your body and then sew up the skin remaining back together! Then you could hang your tattoo on your wall or something in memory of the skin/tattoo you used to have! Just the picture I want in my dining room while I'm eating supper. Oh and just to let us all know this may cause scarring...noted in the article! Wow thats wicked surprising, never would have guessed!

5. Of course the do-it-yourself cremes. Which may definitley not work but its worth a shot and much less expensive than the other options. Most people see an improval of the fading but it may take awhile to be completely gone. Of course you could do the skin cutting right at home so maybe that is the less expensive one....haha..

How to Pick a Surgeon

Plastic surgery is a very common practice although some of the dr.'s may need more practice at it. If you are ever thinking about plastic surgery for whatever reason it may be you need to make sure you are picking the right dr to visit. Dont just decide on one because he is cheaper than the rest. You need to do your research, make sure the dr you are going to put your trust in is the one capable of doing the surgery. Make sure hes had some experience and has the degrees and is certified to back up his experience! There have been instances where celebrities have gone to a certain person just because they knew them or because they were inexpensive and the outcomes have not been pleasant. You are trusting them with your outward apperance and if you didnt like your appearance before it could end up much worse if they dont have the certifications on their back.
~Check to see if they are part of any other organizations because in most cases if they are they will have to have some qualifications to be in the organization.
~Check to see how many of the surgeries similiar to the one you are having done has he or she done.
~Do they have any credentials?
~Is the room he or she will be performing the surgery in certified. Is it clean?
~Most important when talking to this doctor do you feel comfortable with him? Does he know what hes doing?

Regrets

Do celebrities ever have doubts after they have their surgeries? Of course they do especially if they dont get the results they intended! What if you dreamed your whole life about getting that nose you've always wanted and it came out horrible? Do you think that one surgery is really worth it because if it doesnt come out right it may be worse than before. Many celebs have been disappointed with their surgeries. Many breast augmentations have come out ten times worse than when they started. From them being crooked to them being to high, or to low, or too big, or smaller than expected. Jocelyn Wildenstein, some may know or recognize this name, others may not. I honestly never had heard of her til now. Shes even got her own definition in wikipedia which is:

The King of Plastic Surgery

A face we all know to well! I dont think I could do a blog about plastic surgery and not talk about Michael Jackson. One of the most well known stars who went to far under the knife. His nose begins to take a different shape at the age of 26 in 1984. He decides to get his nosed narrowed and eyebrows shaped. That is fine alittle bit done no harm people barely noticed he had anything done. Then came 1985 he decided his nose wasnt narrowed enough and goes to the plastic surgen again and gets eyeliner tatooed on his eyes. 1987 rolls around and people are talking now about his nose being done for the third time. He has his nose reshaped. By the third nose job you would think he would be settled with the outcome. He also has cheek bones now! Hes beginning his decent into womanhood. Between 1987 and 1991 he turns white! Yes..WHITE! His nose is now done in 1991 and he has triangles for nostrols and people are really talking about his nose now because its so pointy and jagged its scary. People are talking about how someone really messed his face up. By 1993 there was no helping his nose he tried to fix it but by then the skin and tissue on his nose was dead which is why he sported a nice artificial nose where he had nothing. How many times can you mess with your nose before it dies um lets count 5 times he tried to fix/mess with his nose. It just wasnt perfect the other four time so he must have thought five was the magic number. Oh wait thats not even the end so if you thought i was closing this up you thought wrong. Doing your Homework

Why do we look at celebs and think they know more than we do and they can get more than we can because of their fame. The only things they have that we may not is the agents, excessive of money, and fame. So really when it comes to plastic surgery they have to do the looking and their homework the same as if we were to do it. Unless of course they have an agent or manager to do that but still they are risking their face or other procedures in the hands of their manager who hopefully they trust. So if they have to do their homework when it comes to surgeries then why do some celebs come out looking horrific? They didnt do their hw they didnt find the best possible doctor to do the procedure. Did he/she have the experience and knowledge to do the procedure needed for that specific client? When can the physician step in and say, "hey, thats to much! You need to slow down on the procedures". Ok wait a minute do you think that any doctor is going to tell someone to stop coming to them......Probably not since that is their income. Which is why these celebs need some people in their lives that love them enough to tell them when enough is enough.

INSECURITY!!

That is one word that always comes to my mind when looking at people that have plastic surgery done. I almost feel bad for them because they dont feel comfortable in their own body so they feel like they need to get something done to make themselves "fit in" with the world. God created all of us to be unique and to have different characteristics. As we have heard a million times while growing up if we all looked the same wouldnt that be boring? Im sure everyone has heard about the most recent celeb getting plastic surgery, Heidi Montag. She is one of the girls who was once on the MTV show the Hills. Her friends had said that she didnt really like how she looked but they all thought she was pretty. She had the blonde girl next door look which apparently wasnt good enough. Which is going to make young girls think that just because they dont have a face that is perfect that they need to have surgery to fix it! Causing other young girls to look at themselves in the mirror and never seem satisfied with themselves. The view had a conversation about heidi the other day saying how this girl needs help because she is addicted to plastic surgery. She had ten procedures in one day! She doesnt have any of the facial characteristics that her family blessed her with instead she has the face of someone else staring back at her in the mirror! How scary would that be to wake up one morning and have a completely different face from what you had for over 18 years.

Introduction to my blog

Plastic surgery is one of the biggest things in hollywood with the stars. It seems as though most of them believe once they reach a certain age or they believe they are getting wrinkles, they decide that it is time for them to do something surgical about it. Is this really necessary? Is it necessary to make yourself look younger when you reach a certain age and get rid of the marks of aging? Would these stars have gotten surgery if they werent famous? Would they think differently if they werent in the spot light all the time? These are just some of the topics I will be covering in my blogs to come.
